• Contract text you paste into the Contract Scanner
• Questions you submit to the Expert Q&A tool

• Pages visited and time spent on the platform
• Referring URL
• Tool usage patterns (which features you access)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the NILProtect platform and its tools

We do not use the contract text you submit to train AI models or share it with third parties outside of the AI service that processes your scan request (Anthropic, under their privacy and data policies).

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card and payment data. Their privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy
• Anthropic: AI-powered contract analysis and expert Q&A. Contract text you submit is processed through Anthropic's API. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data transmitted to their systems.
• Twilio: SMS delivery. Your phone number and message content are transmitted through Twilio's platform when you receive SMS communications. Twilio's privacy policy applies.
• Cloudflare: Hosting and CDN. Your IP address and request data pass through Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

5. SMS Communications (Text Messaging)

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from NILProtect.io (Lanista Sports LLC), including marketing messages, educational NIL tips, free trial reminders, and account notifications.

• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• To get help: Reply HELP to any message for support information.
• To re-subscribe: Reply START after opting out.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

6. Cookies and Tracking

NILProtect.io uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. We use only functional and analytics cookies — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features may not function correctly without them.

We retain your account information and usage data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after account closure. Contract text submitted for scanning is not permanently stored — it is processed and discarded. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law and our payment processor's requirements.

• The right to correct inaccurate personal data
• The right to request deletion of your personal data
• The right to opt out of marketing communications at any time
